Oxford Process Excellence was founded to act as a bridge between academia and business. Our focus is on making organisations more effective and more efficient. More effective, means meeting the needs of their customers and other stakeholders. More efficient means achieving more with less - the application of fewer resources for greater benefit.

We focus principally on organisation education and training and also work directly with industry partners on specific projects.

Our current work is focussed in four key themes:

• Agile practices

We bring these four key themes together in an integrated methodology which we call the Four Thoughts Framework
